Position Overview:
Legal Intern to Support Contracts Department
Learning Outcomes: Experience in support of legal and contracts organizations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the Contracts Department with maintaining files in SharePoint, set up files, help with their maintenance, track and update the various logs kept on the Contracts Department SharePoint page (e.g., NDA Log, Contract or Tracker, Insurance Log, etc.)
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Assist with the Contracts Department SharePoint site as well as filtering out old files from the R drive. Learn and obtain basic Contract skills to enable the intern to draft various documents and agreements (e.g., NDAs, Consulting Agreements, Certificates of Insurance, etc.)

Requirements:
Sparton interns must meet the following criteria:
- Active pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution and be able to provide documentation to confirm your degree progress.
- Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. without holding a visa or sponsorship.
- Current class standing of junior or above (60 credits).
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work on-site in De Leon Springs, FL
Mentor: Senior Contracts Administrator
