Responsibilities
- Contributes to the development of strategy, creative copy, and interpreting briefs with insights and big thinking across multiple channels, executing on more complex creative briefs
- Captures internal brand customers and manages messaging by executing compelling plans across integrated marketing for web, print, social, multimedia and/or email marketing campaigns
- Delivers information related to market data, innovative strategies, and intended customers
- Ensures set agendas are followed and end clients are routinely updated by liaising with the broader marketing and communications team
- Supports senior counsel with internal customers on editorial strategy, messaging and storytelling
- Collaborates with the design team to ensure the visual and written elements work in tune to deliver a cohesive brand experience
- Monitors the establishment of writing standards, policies and editorials for the communications function to guarantee brand requirements are met before delivering material
- Achieves goals set through key performance indicators (KPIs) and proposes relevant ideas for enhancement
- Provides contributions that help maintain quality control standards across the entire integrated team for material development, such as social content, emails, briefings, and reporting
- Interprets data to promote collaboration between the SEO and digital marketing teams to determine the best approaches that will result in greater online visibility in search results
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications
- Seven or more years of research, editing, and technical writing experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in work experience.
- 2 or more years of experience in writing operational policies and procedures.
- Strong proficiency with MS Word, MS Office, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
- 2 or more years of experience reviewing and interpreting policies, procedures, and utility decisions and regulations.
- Excellent grammar, writing and editing skills and experience interviewing subject matter experts to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
- Detail-orientation, with ability to master company style guides.
- Experience training and providing guidance to technical writers.
- 2 or more years' experience coordinating, assigning, and managing technical writing requests, including project planning, tracking and closeout and maintenance and maintaining a style guide.
Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
