A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!

  • Provide technical application support to end users of existing and future Source to Pay platforms. Resolving errors across sourcing, contracts, and supplier information management systems (SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, Concur)
  • Troubleshoot problems and partner with end users and IT support to ensure the smooth operation of the applications
  • Process and support master data requests related to Vendor, Material, and Service master
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, NextGen, Organization Units, IT, other team members and external parties to implement or enhance Source to Pay platforms (i.e., SAP ECC, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass)
  • Monitor the performance of the applications after they are rolled out and make necessary adjustments
  • Support change management strategies and end user training by creating and maintaining content
  • A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.

The essentials

  • Seven or more years leading, coordinating, and/or facilitating cross-organizational teams to address and solve business issues and problems
  • Seven or more years of functional support experience with Procure to Pay systems. SAP systems including Ariba (Buying, Guided Sourcing, Guided Buying), SAP S4/HANA, MDG, SAP/Ariba Supplier Risk, SAP SLP (Supplier Lifecycle and Performance), and/or Fieldglass SOW.
  • Experience working with business processes and platforms within a Procurement organization

The preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in Smartsheet, SharePoint Online, Excel or other list-based tools
  • Lean Six Sigma belt (yellow, green)
  • Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with clients, with a customer support mentality
  • Experience working with cross functional teams
  • Experience implementing and enhancing procurement tools, strategies, and continuous improvement opportunities

You should know

  • This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days. Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to reside in the state of California. Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
