Become a Product Management, Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll be part of a team focused on marketing operations, email development and deployment, in-house campaigns, and communications governance. You will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of operational projects and will be our lead for all things Salesforce.
We're redefining the way SCE markets its programs and services to all business and residential customer segments to drive more efficient marketing outcomes and improve the overall experience for SCE customers. You'll contribute by leading cross-functional teams comprised of stakeholders from across SCE, as well as external partners and vendors. You'll work at both strategic and tactical levels, placing a strong focus on innovation, technology enablement, processes, and performance.

Responsibilities
- Ensures that product enablement content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging
- Ensures product attribution by developing strategies and methods for defining product achievements in the marketplace
- Aligns customer need, market potential, technology readiness, and regulatory policy to develop and execute business plans that deliver demand-side products customers
- Monitors the performance of sales enablement content and provide analysis and insights to optimize effectiveness
- Monitors competitive landscape; anticipates competitive response to changing market dynamics; and proactively develop strategies to combat competitive activity
- Participates in portfolio-wide process improvement initiatives across the marketing team, helping to drive operational effectiveness and improved ways of working
- Understands and defines current market segmentation and related product positioning and identifies potential gaps in portfolio, both against competition and new market opportunity
- Understands the individual needs of each marketing channel and their performance and optimization strategies that will enable creation of relevant product set
- Contributes to development of new product portfolios by leading customer need and value analysis, planning the roadmap to create maximum value, follow up of product portfolio
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience establishing marketing strategies for existing or new products/services.
- Experience creating or leading product growth strategy and plans.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent enterprise-grade multi-channel marketing hub.
- Experience in process development and optimization, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management tools for project management and collaboration
Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
