- Utilizes IT services model and drives end to end integration of services to ensure the client\u2019s needs are met across Enterprise Transformation Services (ETS)
- Responsible for leading, coordinating and providing IT systems integration expertise including data analysis and in-depth business knowledge
- Identifies and analyzes business and technical requirements to ensure they are in line with enterprise strategic requirements. Identify and mitigate business functional and technical risks associated with enterprise requirements and proposed solutions. Ensures that planned application changes are tested before they are transferred to production
- Plans functional and cross-functional technical initiatives and may direct the work of others or charter and/or lead cross-functional technical teams. Applies demonstrated subject-matter expertise in efficiently integrating business operations, services and processes with associated systems, programs, and applications
- Ensures a uniform approach is used for resolving and handling customer feedback & facilitates the escalation and resolution of issues
- Facilitate and foster a culture of systems, data and process innovation and continuous improvement across multiple business and IT departments
- Creates and maintains the operational report out that ties to the business strategies and priorities.
- Acts independently to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of organizational goals
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Information Technology or a related field
- Typically possesses ten or more years of experience in Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in project management or related capacity.
- Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, driven and capable of delivering results.
- Experience in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in process development and optimization, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- In-depth knowledge of the applications used by utility Transmission, Distribution, Operations and Planning organizations.
Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
