Become a Business Systems Analyst Advisor at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. In this job, you'll provide system support for Energy Efficiency and Income Qualified Programs on the iEnergy platform inclusive of developing system project plans for minor to major enhancements, working on cross functional teams that will help in leading day to day system issues prioritizing break/fixes and enhancements that impact internal and external business partners. As well as ensuring SCE compliance with regulatory orders when implementing technology that will track program participation from submission to payment and reporting. Responsibilities
- Creates and manages dashboards that provide insights derived from data to inform stakeholders and improve business processes
- Provides functional and technical expertise during development, implementation, and testing of IT related projects
- Conducts analyses and prepares reports that provide operational and technical support to business operations
- Provides and maintains project data for completion of KPIs reports
- Performs problem solving through root cause analysis, providing findings and recommendations relating to systems tasks
- Participates in all phases of the project development life cycle to ensure the execution is in-line with business objectives and project scope
- Identifies business opportunities and revises new methods for efficient business processes
- Designs forward-looking configurations by recognizing future needs aligned with the business roadmap
- Manages data requests, analyzes results, and presents findings to leadership
- Measures and monitors performance of processes, providing/implementing improvement recommendations
- A material job duty of all positions within the Company is ensuring the protection of all its physical, financial and cybersecurity assets, and properly accessing and managing private customer data, proprietary information, confidential medical records, and other types of highly sensitive information and data with the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Minimum Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in information technology development.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading large cross-functional projects with high visibility
- System implementation/ integration experience
- Must have knowledge of Energy Efficiency and Income Qualified Programs.
Additional Information
- This position's work mode is hybrid. The employee will report to an SCE facility for a set number of days with the option to work remotely on the remaining days.\u202f Unless otherwise noted, employees are required to work and reside in the state of California.\u202f Further details of this work mode will be discussed at the interview stage. The work mode can be changed based on business needs.
