Your Compensation:
Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide for room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $21.50 - $24.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $21.50 - $26.50.

What You'll Do:
Responsibilities:
- You will perform routine financial transactions via the telephone, including withdrawals, cash advances, loan payments, transfers and process and mail cashier's checks and provide members with account status, including current balances and loan details.
Requirements:
- One-year experience in customer service position required; preferably in a Call Center environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
In addition:
- Must be bondable.
- Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization not available.
Our Hours:
A hybrid schedule Monday - Friday with shifts between 9AM - 6PM and with rotating Saturdays 9AM -1PM affording a day off during the week.
In your role you may have the ability to combine in-person and remote work once fully trained and after the completion 90-days of employment.
This position will be based out of our Tacoma Contact Center.
