Job Summary:
The Vice President of Operations drives customer-centricity and profitability by leading business operations and supply chain transformation. This role requires strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration to achieve organizational goals.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations and operations team leadership
- Hire, train, and manage high-performing operational leadership teams
- Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and compliance with internal controls
- Develop and implement strategic operations plans and logistical processes
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive growth

What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of management experience
- 5+ years of supply chain or operations management experience - Prior experience in the electrical industry (preferred)
- Master's degree in supply chain or logistics management (preferred)
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and communication skills
- Ability to build and scale teams and systems
- Strong problem-solving, creativity, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in recent technological applications
- Detail-oriented and self-organized with the ability to work under pressure
Physical Demand and Work Hours:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
- Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
