The Senior Stibo Systems Architect is responsible for the design, architecture and technical delivery of Product, Customer and Vendor Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand MDM requirements and challenges, as you identify opportunities for efficiencies and data quality improvements in the design of best of breed MDM solutions. The Systems Architect will also define the technical specifications for workflows and business rules to support required business processes and data quality improvements, including data cleansing, data ingestion pipelines, business process workflows, de-duplication and standardization.

  • Lead and create overall master data solution architectures, component designs, system landscapes, governance workflows, and systems integration and implementations for multiple data domains including Product, Vendor/Supplier, and Customer.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their master data requirements, pain points, and objectives, and translate them into scalable and sustainable MDM solutions
  • Partner with architects, other technical team members and to develop roadmaps and strategies to support KPIs.
  • Provide expert guidance on master data governance strategies, data governance frameworks, and data management principles, helping business stakeholders establish effective governance structures and policies.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for Master Data Governance architecture and design.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a data focused discipline, or the equivalent in skill and training.
  • 5+ years of Stibo Systems Data Architecture experience leading MDM architecture roadmaps, defined business cases, and implementation efforts.
  • Deep understanding of master data management principles, data governance frameworks, and industry best practices.
  • Broad understanding of Data Architecture and Data Management approaches and implementation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with business processes across multiple master data domains.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and architect innovative solutions.
  • Excellent time management skills to complete all responsibilities. Ability to identify and eliminate low return tasks.
  • Exhibit the ability to improvise, adapt, and overcome unforeseen obstacles to achieve desired results.
  • Excel at working independently; ability to handle responsibilities and/or problems with little supervision

Salary $105,000-$118,000

Target Bonus 15%
