Sonepar USA seeks an experienced Senior Adoption Specialist who will collaborate with stakeholders to assess the sales force's needs and utilize tools and processes. The specialist will also facilitate ongoing training for all skill levels, including advanced sales skills and CRM technical training. This role will be a key stakeholder in adoption and strategy across Sonepar USA. In this capacity, the Senior Adoption Specialist will help drive the adoption and ongoing usage of the toolsets required to achieve our AX vision.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for defining and developing scalable standard operating procedures to improve the efficiency of the sales organizations.
  • Lead training of associate tools across the OpCo organization
  • Drive utilization and adoption of the associate toolset
  • Develop and measure successful adoption metrics
  • Define and develop scalable standard operating procedures
  • Innovate creative approaches to certify the skills and knowledge of the sales force

What you will bring:

  • At least five years of CRM experience and sales training experience
  • At least two years of Microsoft Dynamics experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products
  • Excellent problem-solving, public speaking, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Electrical industry experience
  • Sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree

Salary Range:

$90,0000 - $110,000

This is a remote role with 50% travel.
