What You Will Do:
- Daily processing of business transactions, pulling reports, and clearing ques.
- Working with Operations and Sales to resolve discrepancies preventing the processing of billing or payables.
- Reviewing and processing orders based on set criteria.
- Reconciling vendor invoices versus internal documents to determine and resolve discrepancies.
- Working with warehouse staff to confirm and process returns.
- Puling reports for warehouse staff and ensuring they process returns in a timely fashion.

What You Will Bring:
- Ability to grow and maintain relationships with any individual, irrespective of the background and type of personality.
- Strong organization skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with recent technological applications relating to daily tasks.
- Strong detail-orientation.
- Possess reliable problem-solving ability
- 2+ years experience with administrative business functions, Payables, Billing, Inventory Management, or similar.
- 2+ years experience with Codale or Sonepar Eclipse and SWMS systems and processes
- High School Diploma is required
Physical Demand and Work Hours:
- This is a full-time position with a typical working schedule of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and performing deskwork.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents
- Occasional standing, walking, and reaching during meetings and other work-related activities.
- Vision abilities required, including close vision and the ability to adjust focus for reviewing documents
