Job Summary:

The Regional VP Sales will drive growth and market expansion for QED. As the sales leader, you will lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. You will stay abreast of industry trends to ensure QED provides our customers solutions focused services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management of sales associates.
  • Establish sales processes and methodologies to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, reps, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new service solutions and business initiatives.
  • Partner with Projects and Quotations teams to ensure effective communication ensuring effective and efficient management of customer projects.
  • Partner with Marketing team to identify & analyze customer trends and develop proactive sales strategies.
  • Partner with Digital Solutions team to ensure organization is leveraging digital solutions to deliver best in class customer service experience.
  • Partner with Logistics leadership to drive collaborative working relationship between sales and operations functions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs implementing measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.

Minimum work experience requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership roles within electrical industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with ability to lead and manage a business unit
  • Demonstrated ability to create shared vision, inspire collaboration, and drive change.
  • Ability to successfully collaborate across functional teams.
  • Experience with Eclipse or similar CRM system
  • Comfortable with public speaking and facilitating large group sessions.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $180,000 + Bonus Potential
