Receptionist

Sunrise Electric

7:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

$18.87/hr Starting Wage (Pay for Experience)

Addison, IL

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Answer and direct calls in a professional manner.
• Greet and assist callers and visitors with general information and help to determine proper company contact.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail daily.
• Utilize online process to order office supplies, printed materials and promotional products as directed. Monitor supplies inventory at location and assist in coding vendor bills.
• Make suggestions and help implement process improvements.
• Coordinate and communicate building administrative requests to responsible managers.
• Perform daily task of shipping invoices in the system and scanning the documents of record retention.
• Provide administrative support to various departments within location when available.
• Participates in and follows all Sunrise policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong math aptitude, detail oriented, professional manner, self-motivated.
• Minimum of two years office experience.
• Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time.
• Proficiency with PC, data entry, Microsoft Suite required.
• Must be flexible, able to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, and maintain a positive attitude under fast- paced conditions.
