Schedule: Standard Daytime hours, Monday-Friday
Total Compensation: $63,000 - $160,000
*Total Compensation for this position includes base salary, commissions, and full benefits package offerings. The exact amount of base salary may vary based on experience and skills brought to the role as well as the geographic location of the role.
What You'll Do
We are seeking a dedicated Project Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to prepare on-time, competitive, and accurate quotes for customers, while maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners. You will play a key role in supporting bid proposal strategy, value-added service offering, and quotation follow up.
You will...
- Assemble lighting and/or power distribution systems for both plan and spec and design build projects.
- Compile and analyze information from vendors, determining appropriate pricing, and using discretion to maximize profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct critical conversations and negotiations effectively.
- Utilize MS Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements.
What You Bring
Requirements:
- Minimum education: High School Diploma/GED.
- Proven experience in negotiation skills with strong math aptitude.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Communication skills: ability to build relationships and conduct critical conversations with vendors, customers and associates (virtually/in-person)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without VISA sponsorship now or in the future.
