We are hiring a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team!

Job Type: Full Time

What You'll Do

The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager will be responsible for creating and managing effective QA programs to ensure that all product and services are delivered in a timely, cost-effective, and efficient manner. This individual will be required to stay up to date on best practices and quality management tools to develop best-in-class logistics processes.

You will:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Assurance (QA) programs, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality metrics and audit protocols.
  • Meets with Warehouse/Transportation Supervisors on a regular basis to ensure QA processes are integrated into daily operations.
  • Aligns QA goals with shipping, receiving and inventory management. Collaborate with sales and purchasing teams to track and resolve quality-related complaints.
  • Lead root cause analysis and implements corrective actions for quality issues.
  • Provide training to warehouse, transportation and sales associates on QA standards, tools and processes.
  • Provide QA reviews and trends with key stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

What You'll Bring

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in warehouse, transportation and sales or supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and techniques (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a leader who solves problems and resolves challenges to achieve a positive outcome.
  • Strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products and ERP systems. Experience with Eclipse ERP a plus.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information
