What You Will Do:

  • Directly responsible for all Warehouse (PLS) functions
  • Monitor workload and direct resources accordingly
  • Promote company goals, initiatives, and vision of Creating an Unparalleled Customer Service Experience for both external & internal customers
  • Fluent in NCE delivery, warehouse & system processes
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain coverage for the area
  • Monitor and improve safety performance
  • Facilitate Associate performance audits
  • Oversite of the fleet, warehouse assets, space, layout & resources
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Proactive communication skills
  • High level of organization
  • 3+ years of Leadership experience and warehouse management preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving, conflict management, and decision-making skills
  • 100% Accuracy and DIRTFT - Do It Right The First Time
  • Previous warehouse experience necessary
  • Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level with a mindset of continuous improvement
  • Ability to reprioritize quickly, juggle multiple priorities, and complete assigned tasks by due date

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
  • Mix of warehouse and office work environments
  • Frequent computer, phone, and scanner usage
  • Typical Monday through Friday however based on business needs evenings and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is an exempt position and not subject to overtime.
  • Pay is $60,700 to $75,900 annually, DOE.
