What You Will Do:
- Accountable for Job Site Clean-up Returns, Daily Returns and RMA/RGA's
- Correspond with Sales Writers for restock % and accurate credit to Customers
- Responsible for keeping the Warehouse In Process/Status queues clear and compliant with End of Month guidelines
- Primary responder and problem solver for Return emails, with a response time of 1 hour
- Work with Counter Team to facilitate timely and accurate return of cancelled orders and counter returns
- Complete weekly performance reviews of Associates using data driven metrics
- Actively engaged within warehouse, providing on call mentorship and problem solving for Associates
- Lead by example an effective and efficient team, with an emphasis on positively motivating, training, and uplifting of Associates
- Maintain and cultivate a safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety policies and guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Fluent in North Coast warehouse and system processes
- Self-starter, team player with the ability to lead others with a quality focus
- Previous warehouse experience
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT)
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Willingness and desire to improve knowledge and skill level of self and others
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.)
- Forklift and stock picker use
- Warehouse environment
- Frequent use of computer terminal and RF scanner
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
