The ERP Conversion Data Specialist (Product, Pricing, and Rebate) will play a critical role in the successful implementation of an ERP system conversion. This position will work closely with the ERP Conversion Manager (Product, Pricing, and Rebate) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data throughout the conversion process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and experience in various ERP systems.

What You Will Do:

In this role, you will collaborate with ERP Conversion Manager, Functional Team Leaders, and OpCo Stakeholders to perform the following functions to leverage data to meet the business (OpCo) demands.

  • Data Analysis and Understanding
  • Data Accuracy and Integrity
  • Data Conversion Planning
  • Testing and Validation
  • Documentation and Reporting

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., Eclipse/Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in data conversion, migration, and management within ERP systems.
  • Experience working on ERP implementation projects, including data mapping, data cleansing, and data validation.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus annually
