Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing sales processes and driving growth? We are looking for a Director of Sales Enablement to lead and execute the planning, delivery, and optimization of our sales initiatives. In this role, you will ensure our sales teams are equipped with the tools, training, and resources needed to achieve high growth and sustainment.

What You Will Do:
Cross-Company Sales Strategy and Enablement:
- Design and implement scalable, standardized sales strategies.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline health and forecasting accuracy.
- Develop flexible account segmentation frameworks.
- Create and execute enablement programs to enhance seller competencies.
- Lead the development of shared training resources and frameworks.
- Establish and track enablement metrics to assess and improve performance.
- Foster alignment through cross-functional collaboration.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
Sales Enablement Technology and Infrastructure:
- Spearhead the selection and optimization of sales enablement technologies.
- Develop and maintain centralized content repositories and tools.
- Establish and drive adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with IT and sales operations teams for seamless tech stack integration.
Tactical and Strategic Balance:
- Leads and drives cross-functional projects that are delivered on time, within scope and on budget.
- Balance tactical and strategic activities with technical proficiency.
- Excel in project management, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
- Adapt structured approaches with creative thinking to solve complex problems.
- Support various sales enablement initiatives and special projects.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, business management, finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in sales, customer experience, and sales enablement experience.
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally across a decentralized organizational model
- Experience in customer relationship management and solution-selling methodologies across multiple business contexts.
- Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce, sales enablement platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic), and advanced analytics tools.
- Expertise in developing scalable training programs and competency-building initiatives.
- Experience in establishing and optimizing scalable workflows.
- Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Authorized to work in the USA without employment sponsorship.
- Compensation range base salary: $175-190,000
