We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team as the CX Solutions Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor within the US digital enterprise responsible for shaping omni-channel products for the local US and SPARK global platform.
What You Will Do:
As Solutions Manager (SM), you are the product subject matter expert and own the product on behalf of the company and its operating companies. You will be a key partner of the business owner, together responsible for ensuring that the product creates value for customers and associates.
- Define business model and product vision following customer's and operating companies' needs.
- Refine product roadmap and backlog
- Initiate, monitor, and own features
- Provide subject matter expertise and guidance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile ceremonies to ensure US requirements are met.
- Ability to navigate the organization and manage senior business owners and senior stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring the product has measurable KPIs to ensure that what is being built is providing the expected value for all stakeholders
What You Bring:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in information systems, Business, or equivalent
- Experience: 3 + years of digital experience, 2+ years of product management experience, and 3+ years of distribution industry experience
- Knowledge: Experience and familiarity operating with Agile Scrum Development teams. Strong background in owning a portfolio of solutions and driving adoption within the business
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing skills. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Certification: Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) certification (preferred)
- Work Authorization: Must be a United States Citizen
- Travel: Ability to travel potentially entails up to 50% mostly domestic (overseas and domestic)
Compensation: $125,000 - $145,000 annually
