What You Will Do:

  • Administrative-focused position assisting with the daily functions and operations of the department
  • Answering phones, data entry and customer service.
  • Monitor group email
  • Setting up job accounts, processing lien notices and lien releases, providing trade references
  • Process credit applications, setting up new accounts, and customer file maintenance
  • Possible light collections
  • Sales tax adjustments
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Some accounts receivable, collections and/or sales tax related experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, intermediate skill level on MS Word and Excel
  • Self-Motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently and team oriented
  • Excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask and prioritize
  • Ability to handle a different range of personalities in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to work independently and team oriented

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Office environment mainly seated at a desk
  • Heavy phone and computer use
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
  • Requires punctual regular and reliable on-site attendance

Salary & Compensation:

  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $19/hour - $21/hour, DOE.
