Job Duties:
- Upload Job Documents into DJC. (Final Submittals, Factory Drawings, O&M's, Etc.)
- Update Shipment Statuses in JM
- Update ESD / Tracking information in JM
- Communicate PLS Job details with PLS Team.
- Assist Project Manager in PLS Receiving / Shipments
- Assist with Warranty replacements / Freight Claims
- Assist Project Manager with invoicing
- Assist with O&M's
- Job Cleanup / Closeout.
