Join our team as a Dispatcher/Router and play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery and routing operations!
What You'll Do:
- Responsible for managing dispatching and routing tasks, maintaining effective communication with drivers and customers, and optimizing service delivery and operational performance.
- Serve as the liaison between drivers, sales, and customers. Maintain effective communication with drivers to ensure adherence to routes and address any issues that arise.
- Identify and address recurring issues by analyzing trends and collaborating with other departments to implement effective solutions. Handle special orders and provide routing support as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment by supporting programs that embody core values and enhance employee satisfaction.

What You'll Bring:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred
- 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics
- Proficient in dispatch routing software
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Physical Requirements, work Environment and shifts:
- Warehouse Environment, standing and walking for most of the day
- Regular lifting of up to 50lbs
- Usual 40-hour work week Monday through Friday, Flexibility to work beyond standard hours as needed.
- Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance
- We reimburse for steel toe shoes up to $150
