Account Manager
Are you a driven and competitive sales professional with a proven track record? If so, Irby Utilities is looking for you to join our team as an Account Manager! In this role, you'll forge lasting business relationships by pursuing opportunities and delivering first-in-class customer service. You will travel within your territory, meet with current and potential customers, and make a positive impact on your local community while delivering exceptional services and solutions to our valued partners.

What you will do:
- Client Engagement: Travel within the sales territory to conduct face-to-face meetings with existing and potential customers consistently.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue by developing new customer relationships and increasing business with existing clients.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers within your assigned territory.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to drive results.
- Sales Targets: Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales.
- Market Awareness: Monitor industry competitors and market conditions to understand customer requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to build, maintain, and expand brand presence.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, company products, and solutions.
What You'll Need:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: Proven outside sales experience (3+ years).
- Skills:
- Strong consultative and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational and presentation abilities.
- Effective communication and exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
