The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
 

As Charlotte Plant Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Ensuring compliance to Global Financial Standards and Statutory requirements
• Supporting month end closing activities and costing activities
• Regularly measuring and assessing of plant performance (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to predict results and propose corrective actions to meet targets
• Working directly with manufacturing leaders and provides proactive support for plant performance analysis and optimization as well as finance training to the plant team
• Actively participating at the plant decision making process with plant leadership team and Global Dental Segment stakeholders
• Preparing annual budgeting
• Preparing CAPEX financial return on investments analysis
• Supporting ad hoc projects
• Monitoring external economic factors to support management decision process

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance or Business Administration AND five (5) years of experience working in finance organizations, in particular plant finance experience

OR

• High School diploma/GED AND five (5) years of experience working in finance organizations, in particular plant finance experience

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
• Plant variances analysis experience
• Advanced level of excel knowledge
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills and ability to interpret financial and market data
• Leadership and collaboration skills to engage with business stakeholders and drive alignment on financial assumptions
• Ability to lead through others and influence

Work location:  

• Hybrid - preference onsite in St. Paul, MN, will be traveling to Charlotte once a quarter

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic
