The Role…
Soho Home has seen rapid and significant growth in recent years and has just launched a Retail ERP system to support this.
Microsoft Business Central (SaaS) is live across our Retail business – all departments and channels. We are now looking for a Business Central Technical Manager who can support Business Central and our Azure/AIS interfaces. We have integrations with 3 warehouses, our eCommerce platform, and our financial reporting system.
Within this role you will be working closely with the wider Business Central team and also with our integration partners. You will be technically adept, with experience of working with Microsoft Business Central (SaaS) in Retail environments, ideally within a regulated environment. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, positive, and enjoys troubleshooting at pace.

Main Duties…
- Monitor and manage the integrations interface between Business Central Production and internal & external systems
- Support business users with Business Central modifications and system amendments
- Support with technical planning for Business Central Microsoft upgrades
- Liaise with relevant software partners to resolve issues pro-actively
- Provide user support within the organisation with any ad hoc integration issues
- Respond in a flexible and collaborative manner when requests are made
- Produce and publish root cause analysis reports in case of failures and issues in Business Central, the integration layer, and supplementary applications.
- Feed fixes and changes into the development team to ensure continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For...
- Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is absolutely essential
- Previous experience working in a Retail business with external integrations is highly desirable.
- Technical skillset to work across Business Central and all integrations to ensure data flows seamlessly
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience of delivering with vendors / 3rd party solutions
- Previous experience with Azure is non negotiable
- Experience with Blue Yonder is highly desirable.
