Chef Lee Tiernan is renowned for not just tearing up the culinary rule book, but shredding it, roasting it over a hot grill and serving it up with the occasional sprinkling of edible glitter. He’s a cult hero among chefs and restaurant industry folk and his restaurant usually feels like a spontaneous party. We are excited to partner with Lee and his talented team to launch their residency of the diner kitchen at Electric House. Expect loud music, loud conversation and loud flavours. As a brand F.K.A.B.A.M centres on connection between guests, int eh food and flavours and with collaborators.

The Role… 

As the Senior Sous Chef, your duties will include recruiting and training new employees, adhering to allergy procedure and food preferences as well as working with the Executive and Head Chef on developing new menu options. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will be the driving force behind the food offering making sure it is seasonal, relevant and appealing to our members and guests. You will have an in-depth health and safety knowledge ensuring that standards are kept in line with HACCP.

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
  • Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Electric House Opening Hours: 

Mon – Weds – 8am – 1am

Thurs – Sat – 8am to 2am

Sunday – 8am – 12am

*kitchen will close earlier
