The Role…
The Sales & Events Executive will be responsible for proactively driving sales and lead conversion, ensuring smooth execution of events from start to finish, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role requires a mix of sales acumen, event management expertise, and exceptional organisational skills.
Main Duties…
- Proactively identify, engage, and convert leads into clients through outbound prospecting, inbound inquiries, and nurturing relationships.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth through creative sales strategies.
- Develop tailored proposals and presentations that align with client needs and the Soho Works brand.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end event process, from initial inquiry and planning through to execution and post-event follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams and ensure all event requirements are clearly communicated and met, guaranteeing a high-quality experience for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and positive referrals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all event-related communication and provide exceptional service before, during, and after events.
- Work closely with the Sales & Events team, operations, and marketing teams to achieve team goals and exceed client expectations.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and initiatives that drive sales and event bookings.
What we are looking for...
- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role within a hospitality venue
- Previous experience using Tripleseat or Collins data base
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
