We are looking for "Sales Accommodation Manager" will be responsible for;
Main Duties…
- Identifies new travel trade & corporate business to achieve personal and hotel revenue goals.
- Understands the overall market - competitors’ strengths and weaknesses, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Generate and maintain customers of the Travel Trade and Corporate segment through various sales activities like face to face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, etc.
- Closes the best opportunities for the hotel based on market conditions and hotel needs.
- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Prepares weekly report about the accounts and their production.
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members in the other departments
- Client Relationship Management
- Revenue Generation

Requirements/ Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant role(s)
- Excellent analytical skills and confidence in manipulating data in Excel and other tools
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience in Sales Management within the accommodation or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and market trends
