In the heart of London’s Soho, Cecconi’s Pizza bar offers a more relaxed take on the Cecconi’s dining experience with a menu of homemade pasta and wood fired oven pizzas served alongside Aperol Spritzes and Negronis on tap. An authentic Aperitivo is available everyday accompanied by live music from a changing rotation of DJs. 

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Pizza Chef to join our Central London team at Cecconi's Pizza Bar (W1D 5JJ). You will be responsible for making the pizza dough, preparing ingredients for toppings, assembly and cooking through either a pizza or wood fired oven.

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen focusing on high quality pizza
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Thurs – 12pm to 12am

Fri - Sat – 11:30am - 3am

Sunday – 11:30am – 11pm

*kitchen will close earlier
