The Role…

We are looking for a People Coordinator to support our UK Support Office. The People Coordinator will work with and report directly into the Head of People. The role will be responsible for providing the day-to-day support for the Office functions. In this fast-moving business so we are looking for the right individual to be able to pick up multiple tasks and projects at once as well as overseeing the core process for the employee life cycle from onboarding, employee relations to exit interviews.

 

Main Duties…

  • Support and provide day to day HR support for the UK Support Office
  • Support all administration including contracts, letters, updating People system, references, payroll processing, exit interviews
  • Be the first point of contact for People Administration queries
  • Review of right to work documentation and compliance, escalating any issues with documentation
  • Maintain records in line with data protection legislation
  • Support employee engagement experiences including initiatives and anniversaries
  • Assist with new starter onboarding
  • Support on employee relation cases not limited to investigations, absence review meetings, policy enquiries and parental leave
  • Support Head of People in resolving employee concerns
  • Assist employees with benefits enrolment and questions
  • Track and process employee benefit changes
  • Support People projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements...

  • A passion for People and career in HR
  • Experience in a previous HR role or HR experience
  • Strong IT and numeracy skills with experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Proven success of “champion of the culture,” facilitating excellent communication and employee engagement across a global and diverse organisation
  • Team focused with an understanding of the bigger picture and how you can contribute
  • Ability to switch between a variety of tasks
  • Efficient and proactive along with high attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Eager to help and engaged attitude
