The Role…

Soho House Retail has seen rapid and significant growth in recent years and have recently launched a Retail ERP system to support and to enable further growth.

Following a requirements-gathering Discovery phase, we have completed the implementation of Microsoft Business Central and we are now looking for an experienced contract IT Project Manager to support the hyper care period.

Reporting to the Logistics and Projects Director, you’ll be responsible for planning, managing, and ensuring the successful day to day running of the new system. You will be technically adept, with experience of delivering complex business systems within a regulated environment. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, positive, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

*This role will initially be for a period of 3 months*

 

Main Duties…

  • Identifying and mitigating risks and issues with Soho Home Business Central system
  • Work with current vendor to manage through hypercare phase
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to address system issues and changes
  • Facilitate the change request process to minimise the impact on budget and scope
  • Ensuring deliverables are produced and approved on time to
  • Tracking & communicating project status; showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies 

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central experience essential
  • We are ideally looking for a candidate with an immediate start. due to immediate need for the resource.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience implementing retail ERP projects (ideally with knowledge of multi-entity and international company structures)
  • Experience implementing complex business systems, including integrations, data migration, and cutover
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Agile & waterfall methodologies
  • Experience of delivering with vendors / 3rd party solutions
