House Relations Manager - Soho House Copenhagen
We are seeking an excellent and outgoing House Relations Manager to join our team.
Business Development
- To create and conduct persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
- To solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue goals through telephone prospecting, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication.
- To develop targeted outreach events making personal appearances where required
- To prepare information for, meet with and entertain clients as deemed appropriate by potential business from that account
- To manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.
- Create proposals and contracts for clients and negotiate pricing
- Manage budgets of related areas and ensure that all are profitable
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Develop and implement strategies to increase event & room bookings and revenue
- Create and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers, guests and members
- To manage accounts to achieve guest satisfaction and to solicit past and new business to ensure all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

Reporting
- To report monthly on customer relationships, sales forecasts, and new prospects.
- To maintain a database and track Sales leads, inquiries, lost business, sales revenue, and provide ongoing status reports to GM/AGM
Measures of Success in this role:
- Achieving revenue targets for the relevant department
- High levels of satisfaction and feedback from clients
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Superb presentation skills
- Ability to interface with wide range of constituent groups
- Budget forecasting skills
- Basic IT and database skills
- Strong math aptitude and ability to attend to detail in transactions
- Meet or exceed goals for new and returning group sales contracts.
What we are looking for – House Relations Manager
A successful House Relations Manager for Soho House will ideally have 5 years experience in a busy high-profile venue and a natural flair for first class service in a similar role. You’ll be reliable, friendly and happy to be a key part of the team that strives for success.
- Innovator and influencer with previous experience managing F&B operations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships (internal and external)
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent customer service
- Fluent in English
- A proven organised way of working and prioritising tasks
- Ability to work and maximize relationships both internal and external
- Full understanding of local authority requirements
- Incredible attention to detail and likes working with orders and purchasing
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
