The Role…
The Health Club Host will provide an excellent service and member journey ensuring all needs are catered for. Main responsibilities include; ensuring member requirements are taken into consideration and understood when in the retail spaces, carry out hosting duties on the gym and club floor when needed and to manage bookings and the treatment diary.
What we are looking for...
- Telephone based customer service experience (highly preferred)
- Previous experience with reservations & ecommerce systems (Book4Time/Magento) is preferred, however full training will be provided
- Previous experience of working with high profile/VIP guests
- Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
- Sense of urgency
- Yes, yes, yes mentality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
