The Role…

Your role as a Events Producer will be to deliver a range of events within our Events team. It will cover classic project management alongside production scoping, planning and delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the brands creative and operational output is planned and executed to the highest possible standard.

Your responsibility will cover the day-to-day development, preparation and management of projects, ensuring the agreed scope of work and partner event deliverables are delivered on brief, on time and within budget. You will be a project figurehead for all key developments and requirements through each stage, from concept ideation through to final execution. You will feed into some of our most complex projects with multi-stakeholders, showing exceptional management and delegation skills, inspiring clients and colleagues alike. You’ll bring your experience to the fore to ensure all projects, and all challenges are met head on, with flawless delivery.

Main Duties...

  • You find satisfaction in seeing projects come to life, whether physically or digitally and get a thrill from having an ever-present awareness of delivering production process flawlessly
  • You have experience managing projects + event from brief and scope definition through to execution
  • You take pride in your work and can proactively manage up and down to navigate different challenges
  • You champion organisation and have excellent working knowledge of Project Management tools and systems as well as Production Management
  • You have strong financial acumen and experience consistently managing project budgets with strong commerciality skills including driving margin targets through project efficiencies, team utilisation and partner negotiations
  • You can be agile within a timeline, but always aware of your projects status and deliver on time even under considerable pressure.
  • You can apply original and lateral thinking to solve complex problems and are not afraid to bring new ideas to the table and have the ability to present them effectively
  • You are a skilled communicator in all form and enjoy building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, as well as your project teams, senior internal stakeholders and suppliers
  • Good understanding of event Health & Safety
  • Creating decks, event bibles and other documentation to support the event and post event reporting
  • Management and coordination of third party suppliers across pre & post-production and live events including logistics and invoicing.

 

What We Are Looking For...

  • At least 5 years of professional event and project management experience in a similar capacity
  • Ability to work with multiple teams & stakeholders both internal and external and on multiple projects
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, with support from the wider team, and to ‘manage up’
  • Maintain a positive attitude even through stressful situations; communicate in an open and friendly manner.
  • Collaborative and communicate well to provide direction and delegation to efficiently accomplish tasks at hand
  • An essential part of the job is being available on a flexible schedule and being willing to work outside “office hours”. For example, nights, weekends and holidays (as needed and when applicable).
  • Experienced with Outlook, Google documents & Excel
