  • Act as the main point of contact for clients from initial enquiry to event completion, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Conduct tours of the venue for prospective clients, presenting the benefits of hosting an event at Soho House.
  • Work with the Events & Operations teams to ensure all event details are communicated clearly, and timelines and expectations are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, securing bookings and ensuring profitability.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of events to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Marketing, and Operations to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor and report on event sales performance, tracking key metrics and client satisfaction.
  • Assist with the management and growth of event-related partnerships and relationships with suppliers and external vendors.

  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, and hit targets.
  • Experience in co-ordinating and managing events for up to 200 guests
  • Experience in using an event booking system (ideally Tripleseat)
