The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join one of our sites in London. Your main responsibility is to ensure that the food we deliver to our members it of the highest quality. This includes preparing food before service, setting up and stocking kitchen stations and plating to company standards

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

* If you don't have previous experience but want to learn how to be a Chef in the future, try applying to a 'Kitchen Porter' position instead

General Opening Hours: 

Mon – Weds – 7:30am – 1am (This will vary depending on site)

Thurs – Fri – 7:30am – 3am (This will vary depending on site)

Saturday – 10am – 3am (This will vary depending on site)

Sunday – 10am – 1am
