The Role…

Soho Home has seen rapid and significant growth in recent years and has just launched a Retail ERP system to support this.

Microsoft Business Central (SaaS) is live across our Retail business – all departments and channels. We are now looking for a Business Project Manager who can help us triage business issues, identify and manage change requests/new business priorities and manage these through development at pace working with our Business Analyst and development partners.

Reporting to the Logistics and Projects Director, you’ll be working very closely with a diverse range of business stakeholders to deliver maximum value from Business Central. You will be technically adept, with experience of project managing retail business systems, ideally within a regulated environment. We are looking for a candidate who is highly organised, positive, and deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure.

Main Duties…

  • Managing and delivering business system change requests
  • Working with development partner to plan and deliver deployments
  • Build future business delivery plan with clear timelines
  • Daily and weekly business progress reporting
  • Quarterly project delivery planning
  • Tracking & communicating status; showing progress against outstanding milestones and updating stakeholders

 

What We Are Looking For...

  • Dynamics 365 Business Central experience essential
  • We are ideally looking for a candidate with an immediate start where possible
  • 5+ years of relevant experience implementing retail ERP projects (ideally with knowledge of multi-entity and international company structures)
  • Experience landing complex business systems, including integrations, data migration, and cutover
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience of delivering with vendors / 3rd party solutions
