The main objective is to rotate through the Bar, learning the following tasks but much more.

• To represent Soho House & Co. and its standards.
• Keep constantly all the bars filled for the service.
• Support bartenders and baristas during the shift.
• Knowing all the preps.
• Maintaining a clean and efficient back bar.
• Closing & opening procedures.
• Working within the orders. 
• Organize all the storage and keep them organized.
• Keep trash area clean.
• Polish properly all glassware.
• Learning how to do Soho cocktails.
