Responsibilities & Duties
- Checking and reviewing of supplier's invoices (from Italian/EU/non-EU);
- Support to the administrative manager in the maintenance and control of the general accounting (accruals and receipts, invoices to be received/issued, customer/supplier advances, control and monitoring of open items);
- Monthly balancing of outstandings.

Requirements
- University degree in Economics;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas);
- Must be highly organized, efficient and detail oriented;
- Must have excellent interpersonal/relationship building skills;
- You will be able demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local language.
