Sodexo has an exciting opening for a Union Dues Coordinator to join our Corporate Benefits team in Cheektowaga, NY. This position will coordinate the collection and distribution of union dues deductions for eligible employees. This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days in the office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assigns Union SCA & CBA codes to cost center in ADP
- Review union dues requirements to ensure accurate deductions
- Initiates employee dues deductions
- Initiates monthly disbursement process thru LUMS
- Evaluates dues data, research and resolve any issues
- Send payment and required documentation to each union
- Provide guidance and assistance to Unions, Labor Relations, General Managers & Union employees

The successful candidate will have the following background/skillset:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven problem resolution skills
- Attention to detail and time management
- Accounting/bookkeeping experience strongly desired
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and ADP preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet critical processing deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
