Uniform Attendant
Overview:
The Uniform Attendant is responsible for managing the inventory, distribution, and maintenance of uniforms for staff across a range of high-profile events. This role requires the ability to work long hours, including extended shifts during events such as the Miami Open, Formula One races, soccer games, concerts, University of Miami games, and Miami Dolphins games.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory & Record Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of uniform inventory, ensuring a sufficient supply of clean and serviceable uniforms for all shifts and events.
- Track the issuance, return, and repair of uniforms, reducing losses and optimizing stock levels.

- Efficiently distribute uniforms to employees and collect used or damaged items for cleaning and repairs.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely uniform delivery, especially during high-traffic events.
- Collaborate with in-house or external laundry services to guarantee uniforms meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Oversee routine maintenance and minor repairs, ensuring all uniforms are ready for use in upcoming events.
- Provide uniform management support during extended event hours, including peak periods at major events like the Miami Open, Formula One races, soccer games, concerts, UM games, and Dolphins games.
- Adapt to varying work schedules, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of high-profile events.
- Adhere to company policies and safety regulations in handling and maintaining uniforms.
- Communicate effectively with staff regarding uniform needs and address any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
This role demands a high level of flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively during busy event schedules.
