Location: We are seeking an experienced Suites Manager for T-Mobile Park, home of the Seattle Mariners.

Since the Inaugural Game on July 15, 1999, T-Mobile Park has gained a reputation locally, regionally and nationally as a terrific setting for baseball and a great place for baseball fans. Sweeping views of Seattle's downtown skyline, breathtaking sunsets over Puget Sound, combined with excellent views of game action from all angles give fans at T-Mobile Park an experience unequalled in Major League Baseball.

Principal Function:

Luxury suites provide premium seating opportunities within sporting venues. Luxury suites are typically owned by individuals or corporations and usually include private dining/reception areas, theater-type seating, flat screen monitors, Internet access and other features. The Suites Manager will execute upgraded experiences that exceed fan expectations and maximize revenue while effectively controlling expenses.

The Suites Manager highest priorities will be to ensure that standards for cleanliness, quality, service, timeliness, safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance are met with regard to food service within the suites seating areas.

During season (and off-season when events take place), the Suites Manager will plan and prepare in advance according to anticipated attendance, will provide hands-on management and oversight during events, and will organize and support post-event closing and clean-up.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations for suites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Work closely with event leaders to tailor food and beverage offerings for specific events and suites.
  • Ensure VIP guests in luxury suites receive personalized, high-quality service.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinate special requests, dietary restrictions, and bespoke services.
  • Liaise with other departments, including security, housekeeping, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and supervise suite staff (servers, bartenders, chefs, etc.).
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence in service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in all suite areas.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • At least 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience, preferably in a high-end setting such as sports venues, hotels, or luxury restaurants.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage performance, and inspire exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and staff.
  • Quick to respond to issues, ensuring a smooth operation even under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.

Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
