Location: We are seeking an experienced Suites Manager to join the Sodexo Live! team at Hard Rock Stadium.

Hard Rock Stadium serves as the home venue for several sports teams and hosts a variety of events. It is the home of the Miami Dolphins NFL team. It is also the venue for major college football games, including the Orange Bowl and the University of Miami Hurricanes home games. The stadium is a prime location for large-scale events, including concerts by major artists, festivals, and other sporting events like motorsports, tennis, and more. The stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 64,767 for football games and for concerts and other events, the capacity can reach up to 75,000.

Principal Function:

The Suites Manager at Hard Rock Stadium will lead luxury suite operations, delivering premium seating experiences that exceed guest expectations while maximizing revenue and controlling expenses. This role supports suites and catering operations during major events including Formula One, Miami Open, and other high-profile events hosted at the stadium.

The Suites Manager highest priorities will be to ensure that standards for cleanliness, quality, service, timeliness, safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance are met with regard to food service within the suites seating areas.

During season (and off-season when events take place), the Suites Manager will plan and prepare in advance according to anticipated attendance, will provide hands-on management and oversight during events, and will organize and support post-event closing and clean-up.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily food and beverage operations for suites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Work closely with event leaders to tailor food and beverage offerings for specific events and suites.
  • Ensure VIP guests in luxury suites receive personalized, high-quality service.
  • Address and resolve any guest concerns or complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Coordinate special requests, dietary restrictions, and bespoke services.
  • Liaise with other departments, including security, housekeeping, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Hire, train, and supervise suite staff (servers, bartenders, chefs, etc.).
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence in service.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards in all suite areas.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of food and beverage management experience, specifically overseeing suite operations within a stadium, arena, or comparable high-volume hospitality environment.
  • Proven ability to lead a team, manage performance, and inspire exceptional customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, guests, and staff.
  • Quick to respond to issues, ensuring a smooth operation even under pressure.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.

Other Requirements:

  • Able to work effectively and safely while subject to wet floors, temperature extremes and excessive noise; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds in weight; must be able to maneuver in an often tightly-quartered environment.

Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
