Sodexo is seeking a Sous Chef for Iroquois Skilled Nursing Community in Jamesville, NY. Iroquois Nursing is a state-of-the-art community that offers residents the very best in rehabilitative services in a comfortable, homelike setting. This Sous Chef will cook daily, shift may vary with every other weekend coverage. Our Sodexo seniors segment designs elevated experiences to help our seniors thrive. - have oversight of food production and deliver high quality food service;
- train and mentor cooks in a hands-on manner;
- develop and maintain client and customer relationships; and
- ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

What You Bring
- has previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
- has food production experience with a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
- can demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and
- is proficient in computer skills.
