Role Overview
Sodexo is currently searching for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics for our Supply Management Master Data Management (MDM) team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in short- and long-term projects and will work with business and IT partners to support ongoing data management and data analysis activities within the Supply Management organization.
This is a remote position; the successful candidate will maintain an Eastern Time Zone work schedule.

- Responsible for understanding and navigating Sodexo Supply Chain Master Data environment including Product, Supplier, Distributor, Manufacturer, Catalog, Unit, and Contract data areas
- Understand Sodexo Supply Chain transactional data including Purchase Orders, Invoice, and Rebate data.
- Along with reporting responsibilities, an emphasis on complex analytical exercises to troubleshoot and identify problem areas for remediation and improvement.
- Reporting and analysis of actual results as well as support of forecasting initiatives.
- Work with various Business stakeholders to identify the needs and capture detailed requirements, use cases, and other artifacts as necessary for the projects.
- Analyze and understand how applications must be changed to adhere to and be compliant with various enterprise-wide initiatives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Troubleshoots, identifies, and researches anomalies and discrepancies in system data.

What You Bring
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5 Years of IT related experience
- 5 Years' Project Management and Business Analyst experience
- Demonstrated strong experience with SQL, relational database concepts, and working with large datasets
- Extensive experience creating Business Requirements and the ability to understand technical requirements and implement accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
