Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting for InReach to lead the growing InReach billing team as required as part of the Finance Shared Services Segment Support team.
Incentives
This role will work a hybrid schedule averaging three days in the office and two days from home plus ten work From anywhere days, in the U.S. only, provided annually. This is on top of vacation, holidays and personal days. The office offers a modern, collaborative environment with free parking and on-site full-service cafeteria.

What You'll Do
- Communicate any proposed billing changes to the Management Team and incorporates feedback/concerns into proposed system changes.
- Provide customized and aggregated billing services to enhance the client experience and optimize opportunity for efficient payment.
- Provide guidance to Department resources on the most complex billing issues by leveraging experience and best practice.
- Review and approve any proposed system changes provided by the Contract Accounting Technology Senior Manager
- Approve the implementation of billing-oriented SRs to the SAP production environment upon receipt of proper testing documentation.
- Provide resources to support billing-oriented issues when required.

What You Bring
- Knowledge to design and develop controls, processes, procedures and systems to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery of the high volume of daily contractual Client invoices; including manual and automated for all billing types and Segments
- The ability to partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Credit & Collections and Operations to resolve issues, complex disputes and contractual interpretation differences on client billing matters.
- Skills to lead a team to maintain the highest level of customer service under a centralized billing model in a high-volume, fast-paced, client-focused environment

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
