Reporting to the Entegra Senior Director of Financial and Business Analysis, the Entegra Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for assisting the financial analysis, business analytics, financial planning, and reporting functions for the organization. This includes leading the month-end commentary, preparing monthly & quarterly management deck including the key performance indicators, assisting with quarterly forecast process, and supporting the budget process. The manager also develops financial models for "what if" scenarios, addressing considerations such as new clients and marketing strategies. They excel in solving intricate problems, applying a broad perspective to identify effective solutions, and operate independently with guidance in exceptionally complex situations.

The successful candidate will:

  • Prepare reports and present on current business performance, analyzing trends in actual financial results, as well as contributing to forecast and budget analysis.
  • Support in various financial processes such as forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning, providing valuable insights to aid decision-making.
  • Contribute to the identification and assessment of potential risks and opportunities within the organization.
  • Conduct analysis using operational and financial data to enhance the visibility of business performance, catering to the needs of senior leaders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of reported key performance indicators.
  • Contribute to the identification and implementation of improvements to financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting capabilities, including potential automation and the adoption of new tools, systems, and processes.
  • Assist the Entegra Sr. Director of Finance in meeting Group and Region reporting requirements and business review needs.
  • Foster collaboration with other departments to ensure cohesive alignment of financial strategies with broader business goals.
  • Other Ad-hoc analyses as required.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field. (An MBA or CPA would be advantageous.)
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Exhibit a solid comprehension of financial and accounting principles and procedures.
  • Showcase proficiency in crafting and executing financial planning and analysis systems and processes.
  • Display excellent proficiency in Excel and Hyperion Essbase.
  • Require experience with Power BI.
