Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Senior Integration Specialist for our eProcurement team. As an integration specialist, you will work with our supplier partners to deploy Sodexo's eProcurement solutions and ensure that all systems and data are ready to begin communicating.

The Senior Integration Specialist is responsible for working with Sodexo and Entegra supply partners to establish ongoing data feeds for item catalogs, purchase orders, invoices and other business data as needed, and maintaining those files going forward. The Senior Integration Specialist ensures proper data ingestion by collaborating with partners and technical teams and translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Incentives

This is a remote position based out of your home office. This position will support a Monday through Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) work period.

What You'll Do

  • Work with distributors and local and direct supply partners to share and collect technical specifications and information
  • Work with distributors and local and direct supply partners to test and troubleshoot data connections and exchanges
  • Enter and maintain master data in applicable systems
  • Handle problems as 1st level support for suppliers and eProcurement

What You Bring

  • Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Microsoft Excel and Teams experience
  • Knowledge of eProcurement systems preferred
  • Good written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement: Associate's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Basic Functional Experience: 2 years of experience in professional work environment.
