Position Title: Senior Director, Workforce Analytics & Data Integration

Position based : USA, Europe or India

Position must be able to work on European Standard Time

Sodexo is seeking an experienced HR Data and Reporting leader to drive successful transition and management of a large scale global HCM.

  • Lead the strategic and operational HR Global Data Management team through the multi-year implementation and data integration of local systems into global HCMs (SuccessFactors) using (MDM) and Reference Data Management (RDM), Quality Assurance protocols processes and best practices.
  • Enabling HR Data Governance & Stewardship, Data Quality, and eliminating manual customizations in individual systems by providing standard integrations of master data.
  • Global Reporting and Analytics, including the strategic design and implementation of dashboards, reporting tools and data warehouse/data lake platforms.
  • Oversee the development of analytical reports and dashboards to advance the workforce strategic decision-making at Sodexo.
  • Develop and foster internal partnerships with HR stakeholders and cross-divisional teams such as IT, Finance and Operations. Manage external partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery of assigned tasks.
  • Managing a team of approximately 13 technical and experienced functional leaders as direct reports (Directors, Senior Managers) and individual contributors (operating budget of $2M+)

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Leadership of HR Data Management Activities. 30%
  • Development and Implementation of Global and North America Reporting and Analytics; including delivery of key reports and metrics to Senior Executives and HR Leadership. 30%
  • Leadership of Global and Regional initiatives - requires hands-on documentation, project and resource planning, executive updates. Consulting and presenting deliverables to HR Executives and Leaders. 15%
  • Management of Team members, including mentoring and development, resource planning and operational budget setting and management. 5%
  • Development on analytic reports and platforms; including automation of existing production reports, workforce productivity metrics, integration of HR and Operational to help drive workforce planning decisions. 10%

Typical Knowledge & Skills:

  • Ability to combine strong systems, technical data capabilities with a strong understanding of functional HR processes to drive HR data and reporting excellence at a global and targeted (NORAM) regional level.
  • Experienced Leadership with SuccessFactors or other global, large scale HCM/HRIS implementations
    Strong consulting, operational excellence and managerial skill sets are required with the ability to get into the detail and execution of deliverables.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade Executive leadership teams. Motivate, mentor, and inspire team members, and drive operational excellence.
  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in HR Reporting, Data Integration and Data Management, including: HCM (SAP/SF, Workday, Oracle) Reporting modules, Data Integration tools and platforms (such as Informatica, AWS, Azure, Power Platform), and data programming tools, SQL/MS Access, Python, SAS, R)

Basic Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Executive HR Leadership position with global employer: 2-3 years
  • Managerial Leadership with a progressive career within HR or Data/Reporting or Systems division
  • 10+ years progressive Leadership role with a Global HR Implementation/Transformation Project : at least 1 full cycle HCM ERP implementation

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors HCM
  • Advanced experience and technical certification in an ERP (such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, ADP)
  • Advanced (Masters) degree in an HR, IT or Data Analytics discipline
  • Experience and certification in Data Analytics or relational database programming (Python, SQL, R, SAS)
  • Certification in an HR discipline (such as SHRM, AIHR)
